Do you have parking?

We have a small on-site secure car park that is reserved for direct bookings only (bookings made through this website, or over the phone); this is subject to availability at the time of booking.

A limited number of parking permits for Zone F (streets in front and close to the hotel) are available on a first come, first served basis on arrival, and are also subject to availability. There is no charge for these permits.

Parking in Weymouth can be a challenge, particularly during school holidays, bank holidays and weekends. We do recommend guests consider travelling by train or coach to Weymouth if at all possible, but appreciate that is not always possible for many reasons.

If you are unable to get a space in our car park or a parking permit, the Pavilion Public Car Park DT4 8DZ is very close by and is free to park between 6pm and 8am. Do you serve breakfast?

We offer a delicious continental breakfast that comprises freshly baked croissants & pastries, Kellogg's cereals, muesli, yogurts, fresh juices & fruit, toast and preserves, together with either barista coffee or Dorset tea. We also offer certain gluten-free products to choose from.

Breakfast is served daily between 8am and 10am and is £4.50 per person. (No charge for children under 5).
If you prefer to have a cooked breakfast, we can point you to a number of cafes close by.

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

We have a twin room on our ground floor that has step-free access. This room also contains a wet room and is popular with wheelchair users.

How many rooms do you have?

We have 19 en-suite rooms.

Do you have a lift?

Unfortunately, as we are a listed building, planning will not allow us to install a lift.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4pm until 9pm. If you arrive before this time and your room is not ready, we are happy to look after your luggage until your room is available. Should you require check-in later than 9pm please let us know in advance.

Check-out is by 10am on the day of your departure. We can be flexible on this, dependent on bookings, but please be aware there will be an extra charge for a much later check-out. The front desk is open from 8am. However, there is a key drop facility for earlier check-outs.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately, with the exception of assistance dogs, we do not allow pets in the hotel.

What is your cancellation policy?

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 3 days of arrival.

Do you allow groups?

We are an old Georgian building and remain conscious of the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, so are selective on the type of groups we will allow. For this reason we do not allow stag and hen groups or similar.

Group Bookings require a 10% deposit 28 days before arrival.  The final balance is payable 14 days before arrival.  Both deposit and final balance are non-refundable.

We consider a group booking as a booking consisting of more than three rooms.

Do rooms have air conditioning?

We don’t have air conditioning, however a fan is provided in each room.

Do you have any smoking rooms?

We operate a no-smoking policy throughout the property, this includes e-cigarettes.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Are all rooms en-suite?

Yes, all rooms are en-suite and have showers. We do not have baths.
